These terms govern the rental of paddleboards and water equipment. Draft pending review.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is paid. The balance is paid on pickup. We accept card, Bizum and cash.
Security deposit and liability
A refundable security deposit is required per item. The customer is liable for damage, loss or theft of equipment during the rental period.
Safe use
Equipment is used at the customer’s own risk. We recommend a vest and leash, and staying close to shore in poor weather. Use under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 48 h in advance: full refund of the deposit. In case of bad weather we offer a date change or refund.
Return
Equipment must be returned at the agreed date and time, clean and complete. Late returns may incur an extra per-day charge.
